This hotel was a super base for exploring Madrid, truly enjoyed it. the property’s staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, especially the receptionist when we arrived. - the location was particularly good for visiting a stadium and bars not far from the hotel. - There were a supermarket and a convenience store around the venue. - the restaurant was good and the food was hot.

Smooth check-in, large rooms with free Wi-fi and free water, as for instance.

I loved the room with ac. I had great breakfasts with sausages and beans, for instance. Also, location was particularly good and ideal, just 5 minutes walk from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Had a really lovely stay on a business trip. Small hotel with very attentive and useful staff. - Favourable easy location in central Madrid. - Walking distance to Parroquia de San German.

It was advertised with a pool although the small print said it did not open till June

there wasn't much to like about this hotel - it is definitely bare bones - you get barely what you pay for

I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again...

Great location, just a short walk from Palacio de Congresos. Loved the residential area. - Rooms are spacious, equipped with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. - Beds were comfortable.

It was a nice place for sightseeing in Madrid. Had much fun. - Met super-friendly staff at the Reception desk. - the location was easy, at a walking distance from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. - Visiting a stadium and bars not far from the hotel was easy. Rated positively for sightseeing opportunities, enjoyable experience, friendly staff, convenient location near the stadium, and easy accessibility to nearby attractions.

I take also the opportunity to make some remarks/recommendations for thre hotel. As expressed already a few minutes ago at the reception desk, we are in general happy with your hotel and the location. However, regarding the breakfast which is announced till 11;00 am, the situation is not pleasant..The staff and more particularly a lady of the staff is picking up everything already at 10;35 in such a rush that for instance yesterday she droped the whole aluminium jug with milk near our table without apologising at all and aking if she made us dirty with the dropped milk. She is in such a rush to finish rearlier her job in your hotel... Either you announce breakfast till 10;00 either this lady has to behave and be kinder and discrete with the clentele

Reasonably large room with ac as expected. Great breakfast with beans and which were really tasty and sausages.

The location is fantastic for tourists with supermarkets and shops nearby, plus the breakfast is excellent and it's only a short walk from Tetuan tube station.

It was a good small hotel in a fairly quiet area, so close to `` Estadio Santiago Bernabéu '' the home of Real Madrid as well as Santiago stadium. This was my 2nd stay, they offered double room with a tub.

Free and fast WIFI in the room. Easy walking distance from shops & restaurants. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed & nice bathroom facilities.
